Sales Service
- Drawing up sales particulars and producing advertising brochures
- Taking digital photographs of all major rooms and facilities of the property
- Marketing the property on our website which is linked to other dedicated websites and worldwide search engines
- Dealing with all purchaser enquiries and arranging viewings of the property (including arranging temporary accommodation during their visit, if requested by the purchaser)
- Providing regular updates to all relevant parties during the whole sales process
- Conclusion of the sale including drawing up contracts and providing all necessary information for legal and banking requirements
- Guiding the purchaser on moving in. Helping them to turn their house into a home by assisting with purchasing furniture etc.
- Finally, our staff are contactable upto midnight, every day, for any queries or emergencies our clients may have.

Lettings Service
- Drawing up lettings particulars and producing advertising brochures
- Taking digital photographs of all major rooms and facilities of the property
- Marketing the property on our website which is linked to other dedicated websites and worldwide search engines
- Dealing with all letting enquiries and arranging viewings of the property
- Advance bookings and deposits taken for short-term rentals
- Qualification of long term rentals including obtaining bank and work references (Greater than 3 months)
- Rental collections and remittances to landlords with statments of income and expenditure.
- Finally, our staff are contactable upto midnight, every day, for any queries or emergencies our clients may have.

Property Management
- Drawing up property inventory and ensuring it is checked and signed prior to and following each let.
- Arranging transfer of utilities into tenants name(s) for long term rentals
- Dealing with tenant enquiries and being on call for them 24 hours a day
- Maintenance of repairs and repair fund including provision of all estimates and work done submitted to the client on each occasion.
- Finally, our staff are contactable upto midnight, every day, for any queries or emergencies our clients may have.
